With hints of a modern day PYGMALION, SPIKE HEELS tells the story of four adults coping with love, sexual harassment, and bugs (literally) – all three of which keep invading their apartments and lives. Hysterical at times, thought provoking at others, Rebeck offers SPIKE HEELS up as a witty examination into issues concerning relationships between men and women today, and continues a strong American tradition of talented women playwrights.
