Don't Drink the Water is:
A farce, worth seeing, a play performed on Broadway (produced by David Merrick), and slightly crazy. It's what happens when a U.S. ambassador leaves his notorious screw up son in charge of a U.S. embassy behind the Iron Curtain. From angering the communist police after making them think a family of American tourists were spies to insulting a high-class sultan, the ambassador's son manages to turn the place upside down.
