The Summer Theatre Project FRESH VOICES has merged professional actors, Kirk Bush, Lloyd Dillon and Josef Pons, with emerging artists Rodney Graham, Tedrine Glover, Darren Jones, and Joslyn Greenard, along with talented new artists Daniel Garrison, Victoria Williams, Tyroniona Jackson, Kevin Brock and Kelly Jones in the staging of the play. The five new artists, who are highly competitive actors, represent the diversity of new talent in the city of New Orleans.
“The Brick and Rose” by Lewis John Carlino opens Thursday, July 29, 2010, and runs Friday, July 30, 2010 and Saturday, July 31, 2010. All performances are at 8:00 p.m. in The Lupin Theatre, McWilliams Hall, Tulane University (corner of Audubon and Zimple Streets) in New Orleans.
