In the spring of 1976, composer Bobby Moore and teacher/director Paul Werner created their first musical, "One Star Rising." This production is based on that experience, and those of their subsequent creations in collaboration with actor/dancer Kenneth Raphael.
The original cast of "After The Applause" also contributed to the script and score of this show through improvisation. The members of the company of "After The Applause" wish to acknowledge the work and contributions of the casts of "Omega Point", "Magic On Every Corner", "Upstage/Downstage", "The Muncie Musical", "How To Write A Musical", "I Like Me...Sometimes", "Write Your Own Musical", and "Nightmares."
