A resident of Chicago for the past five years, June graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1996 with a BA in Theatre Arts/Performance and from Illinois State University in 2001 with an MFA in Directing. Favorite directed productions include Machinal, The Importance of Being Earnest, Mud, and Taming of a Shrew. Favorite roles include Lady Nijo/Win in Top Girls, Madame in The Maids, and Dinah in Tester. She enjoys new works and loves to attempt writing her own short plays and stories. June has had the pleasure of working in New York, Miami, and in Chicago with the Promethean Theatre Ensemble, 20% Theatre Company, Diamante Productions, and the Beverly Arts Center.
