Natasha Sanchez, bio

by ,

"Nattie" is Natasha Sanchez, a songwriter from New Orleans, has been a freelance photographer for seven years. In 2006, she founded her production company, Nattie Concepts LLC, merging her musical endeavors with her professional and fine art photography. Natasha is also the personal photographer of Betty the Bullhorn, an outspoken model, activist, and citizen. Her diverse background includes a theatrical upbringing and experience, a B.A. in History (with a minor concentration in Cultural Geography) from Southeastern Louisiana University, and an unwavering love of music that compelled her to learn a few chords on her guitar, Miss Delta Blue. A combination of these elements resulted in the creation of one-woman themed musical performances. She appears monthly in New Orleans at the Neutralground Coffeehouse, and is the host of the new local cable show "Unwound at the Neutralground", premiering this fall. Other performances include an appearance in the "Women and War" community performance event last April. Nattie is currently at work on her next show, Nattie & the Class of 2019.
